Please note that the prepayment will be charged from the credit card directly after booking, the rest of the price within cancellation policy. Please note that two days before arrival a security deposit in the amount of EUR 75, per person and stay will be charged on the credit card provided. In case of damage the credit card will be charged in the amount of the damage sum. If there is no damage, the deposit will be returned to the same credit card within 7 days after departure. The credit card must be valid, otherwise a check-in is not possible. A security deposit in cash is also not possible.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. The chalet is beutifully appointed and the location is absolutely perfect for a ski in ski out vacation.

The fireplace was not working properly, the chimney seemed at least partially clogged.

The location is great, right next to the slope.

The worst part is that there are no toilets inside of the en-suite bathrooms, this makes no sense. Two bedrooms have to share one toilet outside in the hallway. Only 2 bedrooms out of 3 had bed sheets when we had arrived, even though we had said that we will be 5 people instead of 4. They were also not very helpful, it took one whole day until we got the sheets. Another thing is that the dishwasher was still running when we arrived, so we had to empty it which is not very welcoming. Also, most the kitchen utensils were dirty in the drawers.
