quiet location ,clean appearance, nice welcoming hosts and superb continental breakfast.

nothing to dislike , except maybe , the corner shower is a little bit smaller than my ,”bath length” walk in.

The room was lovely, and we could see the sea from our balcony. Breakfast was great and different each day, which was a lovely detail. Rob and Jackie were so friendly, kind and welcoming.

The room was very clean, ,the bed was comfortable, it was good to have tea and coffee making facilities.

The room was quite small, and the roof sloped at one end, , so we did sometimes knock our heads on the ceiling at that end of the room, and we aren't tall. . The Venetian blind in the bathroom had a slat missing so that affected the privacy, as the neighbours were close. Would have preferred small individual toiletries and not ones that others had used previously. The floating shelf on one side of the bed, where you would put your drink was unstable. We didn't see any smoke alarms, and there was no sign of any fire safety notice in our room in case of a fire.

Very nice couple, nice room and breakfast was good. Good location
