Americana Modern Hotel

We enjoyed the warm welcome of the friendly staff and the nice-sized, spotless room with microwave and mini frig. Excellent air conditioner and free parking. No pool or breakfast (reflected in very reasonable price!) but there are snacks and water and morning coffee in lobby. We liked the location, near many restaurants. We ate a nice breakfast around the corner at Deja Vu which we also recommend. We would definitely stay here again!

What a cute place. Check-in staff super friendly. Rooms are squeaky clean. We walked to The Pipeline for dinner, it was great.

not much but there are rooms for improvements in terms of the amenities and facilities.

I loved the fact that there was a room big enough for the whole family. We had 3 little kids with us, it was suppose to be 4. The staff was excellent.

Parking spaces are pretty tight.

The staff were all 10 out of 10. They were very dog friendly, offering my dog a treat upon arrival and departure. The facilities and room were clean, they offered complimentary bottled water, coffee, and even had an on-site laundry room if needed.

Wanted a quiet, ground-floor room to recover from a medical procedure. The room was all that and more; clean, roomy, two KING beds, frig and microwave. Coffee maker didn't seem to work but skip that anyway and go to the lobby for surprisingly delicious coffee brewed by José or Mateo, snack bars, and water. As said, we will be back...you've been warned. :-)

Great place to stay. Clean and quiet. Great coffee at the front desk. Very friendly staff. Only “complaint” is the pillows didn’t work for me but I bring my own so no issue. Thanks!
