Coratel Plus Suites Wichita West Airport

Garden in the middle and open to a skyline ceiling above. Room is big and floor is hardwood. AC is quiet. No smoking allowed and thus no smell.

Breakfast is very limited.

Room had a weird smell so i slept with windows open. Tub was super slippery so had to bathe with a wash cloth and then there were people slamming doors and making noise in the common area up to 1 in the morning. It was decent. Just depends on your needs but showering was impossible. Tak strips of some kind would go a long way

Since we were passing through, we stayed one night but this hotel is falling apart. It needs upgrading! More importantly it wasn’t clean. Our room door wasn’t secure. The entire door moved noticeably when juggling the handle even with the deadbolt engaged. They can’t do anything about the location, but it’s located in the parking lot of a closed mall. The area is sketchy. When checking out, the guy at the front desk told me that since we booked through a third party, the charge may be more. Excuse me? The charge shouldn’t be more than what we agreed to for the reservation. I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all.

Expected it to be cleaner

Bathroom needed some repair. Breakfast was waffles, cereal, and juice.

Absolutely nothing

Upon arrival the frig in the room was not working, the tv wasn’t working, I booked a double and only had towels for one guest. I was switched to another room with some of the same issues. The room was not cleaned, there were only two elderly people cleaning I felt bad for them. They were still cleaning at night time. I didn’t eat the breakfast, the hotel needs to be updated the tub in my room had a permanent ring they tried to paint over, the carpet badly stained the plants in the lobby were not properly maintained, the only good thing is it was in a quite area.

The location was great.

The bathroom was dirty. Still had soap from previous occupant. The coffee was like warm. No sugar in breakfast area nor no syrup for waffles. The milk was limited. I didn't complain. Because in the morning the coffee would still be like warm. The next room would most likely be unclean. I stayed 1 night after booking for 2. I ate the cost due to it was so bad.

Breakfast only had cereal and you could make toast or waffle but didn’t see any butter or syrup - we headed up having to go to a restaurant for breakfast

Expected breakfast to be something it wasn’t, pool was not open for operation. Did not indicate on web .

Good room for a great price. The air conditioner worked but made some weird sounds sometimes. Would stay again.
