Good location, well appointed and spacious.

No air conditioning meant the windows had to be open, and with outside construction noise, it was a problem.

A beautiful apartment that was very spacious, clean and well decorated with good facilities and security gates. Location was very convenient for sightseeing.

Air conditioning in the apartment would have been good. We could not open the windows because of heavy construction work outside, therefore the heat and noise were very uncomfortable in the mornings. Thankfully we were out of the apartment for most of the day.

We were greeted by Rui who took us to the apartment and provided a tour of the property. The property was very clean and spacious and the glass of port was a nice treat on arrival. The property seemed to have everything we needed although some of the appliances like the kettle and the toaster did not work. The property is well located downtown and walking distance to the everything you need in Porto.

We were surprised to learn that the second bedroom only had 2 beds. The description and the photos imply there are 4 beds which is why we booked this property, so it was a disappointment that one of our 4 guests had to sleep on a floor bed. On the day of check-out, we were leaving at 6am and were told to leave the keys in the apartment. Upon exiting the building we realised the gates outside the building were still locked but we had no key to open as this was now inside the apartment. We walked around the building but the other gate was also locked with no way out. The only way to get out of the complex was to climb the high gate. One of our party cut themselves and another has injured their back on landing the other side of the gate. This should be communicated and there should be a way to exit the complex in an emergency without having to climb over a very high gate.

Exceptional stay! Our host met us early At the accommodation and showed us the facilities. Pictures do not do this place justice- it’s larger and nicer in real life! The breakfast basket was delivered each morning and was absolutely mouth watering. Location is perfect to explore. Highly recommend. Thank you for everything!

The apartment was very big and clean, the location is excellent, however we had issues with getting inside when we arrived late in the evening and it took about 30 minutes for us to be let in. The water never got really hot only slightly warm and it never stayed hot for more then a few minutes. The landlord said that is normal but I don’t think having Luke warm water is normal

Lovely LARGE apartment, modern, warm and very comfortable beds. Very well located to see the sights!

Our key to the security gate (which is locked at night) didn’t work which created some inconvenience but doesn’t impact our overall satisfaction with the property.
