Very noisey in the middle of night . You can hear people running around on floor above us.

The staff was great and accommodating. Breakfast staff was exceptional. Parking is exceptional, they’re getting in late can be difficult to find a parking space. Close to park and very family friendly.

Neat place, walking distance to Disneyland. Friendly and helpful stuff. Breakfast is great, but you only get two coupons per day. Would recommend.

It was clean but the staff during our check out was rude and not friendly.

Great location, not too far to walk to Disneyland parks. Room was a good size and had everything I needed. Jose in the bar/restaurant was very helpful and a great asset to the hotel. On the other hand, some of the reception staff really should not be working in hospitality. One staff member proceeded to argue with me about breakfast vouchers. When I checked in, I asked her if I needed vouchers for breakfast, she said no, it would just be there on my room when I presented for breakfast. When I got to the restaurant I was asked for my breakfast voucher which I did not have because I was told I didn't need them. Jose went to check with reception staff. The staff member who checked me in was on and then proceeded to argue with me about the breskfast vouchers. Honestly she had a very poor attitude and really should not be working in that job. Another day I went to use the laundry, however I couldn't get 1 of the 2 washing machines to work (I had 2 loads to do so was hoping to use both machines). I asked reception about it and they basically said "oh yeah, that one hasn't been working for ages". When I mentioned that perhaps it would be helpful to guests that a sign be placed on the machine to let guests know, I got a totally dismissive response from the reception staff member (a different one to the breakfast voucher person) who basically said it wasn't his job. Far out, it would take 2 minutes to write an out of order note and put it on the machine. I was hoping that the hotel would send a post-stay survey that I could complete, but none came, hence the review now on Trip Advisor. Also don't bother asking for an early check in as despite the hotel not being full, they don't seem to have their cleaning staff start until after standard check out time, so early check in is not available. Great location, but stay elsewhere.

Good location for those who are going to visit Disneyland, as it's only 15 minutes walk away (or 1 bus stop ride). The hotel also offers free parking which is great when visiting the park.

The room is outdated. It is often reviewed as a boutique hotel, but there is nothing boutique about it. It feels more like a run down motel. It's outdated and shows wear and tear. Also, water pressure is very low and overall not everything is in working properly.

This place is great! Very clean and nice staff that were super helpful! Walking distance to Disneyland and lots of places to eat all around it. Great pool and spa and easy parking. We will be staying here again!

Lovely staff! Very clean and tastefully decorated rooms.

The room was very clean and staff very friendly. The walk to Disney land was about 12 minutes and safe. I would stay again. And the big perk no extra charge for parking.
