This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Pick up the keys in the office has to be on this time: Opening times in summer 01.04.-31.10: Monday to Friday 10.00-13.00 and 17.00-19.00 h Saturday 10.00-19.00 h Winter opening times 01.11.-31.03: Monday to Friday 10.00-13.00 h Or by confirmed arrangement if different time is necessary - Animals 40 € per animal and week (only possible if animals are allowed in the villa) - Highchair 25 € per week - Electric fans 10 € per piece and week Please note that parties are not allowed at the property.
