Nothing

I was given a room on the second floor. I have a bad leg, walk with a cane and can't do stairs. This hotel doesn't have an elevator. When I informed the clerk that I had to have something on the first floor, he looked at what he had and couldn't find anything. I finally left after being informed I would still have to pay for the room.
