Hotel was clean and easy to find. Check-in staff were friendly. Room was very spacious and well-maintained. Shower good - hot and nice stream of water. Beds and pillows very comfortable.

Probably our one complaint was the breakfast. It was just ok. Sad little microwaved eggs, waffle making station, and some breakfast cereal. They were out of coffee and the tables were sticky. I got the feeling they put the breakfast out at 6am and then just left the guests to their own devices until it was time to clean up. Not terrible, just a little meh.

Nothing! I could not have been more disgusted and disappointed with the room and more importantly the staff.

Everything, especially the rice and disrespectful staff. I’m utterly disgusted at the way we were treated and spoken to after we expressed a concern about finding sorry clothes balled up under a filthy chair that we didn’t even complain about when we saw it. I have all the verbal abuse legally as proof.

Toilets were VERY low, hard for some people to use. Also, an elevator would help getting suitcases and everything to the second floor.

We really appreciated that the hotel allowed us to check in earlier after a long drive. The hotel was very quiet, the staff was kind, and we really loved the unique Egypt-style design. Thank you for a comfortable stay!
