Holiday Inn East Windsor - Cranbury Area

This is my first time staying at the property and I would definitely come back. Modern and clean. I checked in Aug 13 evening and the person who helped me was courteous, attentive and willing to help. I had concern about the reviews I read on Google about the air condition not working but she explained to me what happened and that it is no longer an issue. I would come back again. Appreciate the staff and the customer service. Thank you

The breakfast service was bad. They can do better.

Website says breakfast included but it’s not, extra money for breakfast and they took more $50, for check in time and hold the money

Clean friendly staff location

This trip the rooms on my floor were up past 2 am playing ball in the hallways and talking loud for two nights very rude

The only con was the traffic noise near the hotel that could sometimes be heard through the window but other than that the stay was excellent, everything was very clean, the linens were very clean and smelled lightly like bleach which was a good thing. The pool was great and so was the service.

They told me that they keep the room clean every other day. They didn't do that. The room was dirty for 3 days. I didn't like that 1.

Great place

They gave me first floor room 105 we couldn’t sleep all night with the noise from the compressor room all night I will not do this agin told front desk they didn’t do anything about it , all they said was oh we don’t hear it and I am sorry that was it ! Very upsetting

Property is clean and spacious.

Had a small issue checking in but besides that everything went smoothly
