Beautiful property with cozy and private beds in the dorms, great location to enjoy La Condesa and Chapultapec Park! The staff was also very helpful. Excellent wifi. I didn't take advantage of the activities but they offered many options. Price is higher than any hostel I've stayed at before but I can't fault the quality!

The available breakfast was pretty limited (toast, granola, 2-3 typical fruits), but it's good if you just want a little something in your stomach before you go explore. You can also just cook your own meals with your own groceries (they have pans, oils, etc.).

The capsule was sturdy, comfortable and clean. Dark pulldown shade makes it more private.Overall facilities were clean, nicely decorated and furnished. Breakfast was nice.

The stairs were terrible and not standard built---too high of steps to climb. I wish there was an elevator! The bathroom in the room was nice and clean, but it would have been better to have a private changing area and not in the open. There were not enough hooks to hang clothes in the shower and outside of it. Upper lockers are too high up for shorter people. A bathroom on the first floor would have been more convenient and practical, so that you don't have to go all the way to the top floor. The microwave should be in the kitchen. The coffee maker was too small and guests had to wait for more coffee to be made.

Everything was perfect. The Hostel is super clean, I love the interior and the rooms are so well organized. The breakfast was so good and the employees were super nice. The area is also perfect you can find good restaurants near by and even walk to a few museum( takes like 30 min)
