This was our favourite hotel in the 3 weeks we spent in Japan. Beautiful design, friendly staff, down a quiet side street, short walk to train station and easy access to other transport. Breakfast was good with a set breakfast and a small selection of buffet items. The room was spacious, with a washing machine and drying rack.

Everything! Absolutely perfect location (right next to the station yet incredibly quiet), lovely staff, gorgeous rooms, and for someone who had already been traveling for 2 weeks and will be traveling for a few more, the in-room laundry facilities were a blessing. No notes, 10/10 stay and would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here!

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, with a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Located down a small side street it was very quiet and had a wonderful feel about it. The room was perfect. Comfortable beds and pillows, lovely bathroom facilities, little kitchenette with washing machine/dryer and a lovely ambience and feel to it. Breakfast was fantastic and very delicious each day. The staff were very friendly and welcoming also.

Great location. Inexpensive give quality and location. Great staff good facilities and interesting design. The rooms have no windows but to the concrete wall directly outside. Actually pretty cool but takes some getting used to.

The lack of direct windows took some getting used to.

Das Zimmer war gross, sauber und mit allem eingerichtet, was wir gebraucht haben. Es war sehr praktisch eine kleine Küche mit Waschmaschine zu haben, da wir so in der Mitte unserer Reise schon mal unkompliziert Wäsche waschen konnten. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Kaffeeangebot in der Lobby haben wir gerne genutzt. Die Lage nahe zum Bahnhof war sehr praktisch für alle unsere Unternehmungen.

Great location only 2 min walk to Kyoto Station and plenty of restaurants in the area. The room was excellent. Comfortable and clean. Facilities in the room include a microwave, induction cooktop, toaster oven and your own washing machine. What more could you ask for. Would highly recommend this hotel.
