Todo nuevo, muy limpio y camas muy cómodas y desayunos buenos

Falta de información. Llegamos a Massa en tren a las 12 de la noche. A esa hora no había taxis para llegar a Marina de Massa que es donde estaba el hotel. Por suerte, un hombre al vernos desesperados sin saber cómo llegar, se ofreció a llevarnos en su coche particular a cambio de pagarle 50 euros. Deberían de habernos avisado de ese problema con los taxis.

Staff cordiale

Hotel molto datato, le camere dovrebbero essere rinnovate, soprattutto il bagno. Molto rumoroso. La cosa al limite dell’assurdo è stato il gatto che continuava a miagolare di notte e che ovviamente non mi ha fatto chiudere occhio. Lo stesso gatto lo abbiamo ritrovato al mattino in sala colazione. Credo sia inaccettabile.
