Se anuncian con alberca interna pero esta helada y el jacuzzi bacio, lleve a mi niña y nisiquiera pudo nadar solo metió sus pies por lo helada qué estaba el agua.

Bed was ok but could be better

Photo description was not accurate. No roll on shower in room with 2 beds that was in all the photos. Shower bench was set way too low and it was impossible to take a shower. Pool was open but cold. Not heated. I couldn't use it because the accessible chair was broken. Hot tub was not working. Card was initially charged twice and they couldn't release the funds. Too many issues. No disabled rooms available nearby because it was too late. We booked 2 months in advance

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. Shortly after we arrived, the power went out, and I had an important event to attend, which completely disrupted my plans. The issue took a long time to fix, and we were told there was no generator available. Because of the delay and inconvenience, I requested a refund. At first, they refused and even tried to prevent us from leaving. Eventually, one employee agreed that I could return the next morning for a refund, so I left without even staying the night. When I came back the next day, the receptionist acted like she had no idea what I was talking about and claimed the person who agreed to the refund was just a maintenance worker. I was then told to call back when that person was working. This level of service and lack of communication is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this hotel or recommending it to anyone.
