Off next to a truck stop , the 50 yo a/c unit wasn’t working I turned the knob for cold but it just spun , I walked to the office since there are no phones in the room , he came down and insisted it was working the fan was on but not the compressor , finally he found the sweet spot on the digital He said leave it there , real shady crowd stating there some of them long term , I’m watching tvand I’m hearing noise I dinallygo to the bathroom and there is water coming thru a hole in the ceiling into the tub and floor I again walked to the office at 9pm it was locked I dialed the phone number on the door and. No one answered , I went to bed and got out of there as early as I could ,

Unclean room was provided but it was late at night so we just dealt with it. There were blood stains on the toilet tank, feces on the inside of the lid, and gunk in the bathtub. It was gross and nasty! We only paid $38 including tax so we got what we paid for! It was rated 2.5 stars, which is very misleading.

No hot water, only one light worked, stains on the floor that I’m pretty sure was old blood, the door to the room was hard to close due to being kicked in and the door jam was busted only way for it to close was using the dead bolt and that was a hit and miss.

Everything was great. The room was very clean and comfortable and staff were very friendly and helpful.

I booked the room and arrived afterwards. No one would answer the door or the phone after waiting a while. Was not able to stay because there was no one to attend me or let me in

I left after only being there for three hours because it was disgusting and I felt very unsafe and unclean. 1am and people were fighting and screaming. The room smelled like smoke and had bed bug carcasses, live bugs crawling around the bathroom, dirt and grime, moldy shower, and broken lights the manager did not fix.

There was no hot water. The room smelled bad. There was baking soda and spray just sitting in the room. When we asked to fix the hot water they told us to just let it run a while smh

When I arrived the front door was locked to the office, there was a phone number posted on the window I called three times no one answered I knocked on the window hard but not too hard then the manager came out yelling at me telling me do not knock on the window because he just put in a new window. Then I get to my room and I'm having trouble opening my door I have to pull it really hard and scan the key then I have to push it really hard to lock the door. There is only one plug for me to charge my phone which I will need for my alarm to wake me up in the morning for work, the front two lamps do not work there is no label on the AC machine can't tell if it was on heat or AC. TV channels were very static. Honestly if I wish I could get my money back I would definitely request it I've stood at 7 hotels already through hotels.com app and I have never complaint I took this offer because I thought it was a special deal since I've had a few nights with hotels.com app I regret getting this hotel but the fact that I was very tired I needed to pull off the freeway. I do plan to continue to use the app for my hotel searches so I thank you very much. As far as dislocation I would recommend to take it off of your app definitely not a hotel I will come back to.
