Loved the hot tub and the smores kit and that it was dog friendly. Also loved the shuttle.

Several employees made negative comments about booking through booking.com. And I thought I ordered the dog package like I ordered the s’more package but when we got there they said our dog didn’t qualify since we booked on booking.com. I didn’t know I had booked on booking.com. I went on google maps to see who had availability last minute and found your hotel. When I clicked on the button to take me to your website it took me to booking.com. I stay in hotels a lot. Your link is totally within your control. If you don’t want people going through booking.com, change your Google Maps website link to take clients directly to your website, don’t give your guests a hard time for booking using the link you all provided. Also, the breakfast could be improved. Love the waffle maker but there needs to be more options with protein. We were starving by mid morning while out on the slopes.

Location, transportation with excellent drivers and timely pickup. Views from room were incredible! Staff at desk and throughout lodge were amazing. Great breakfast!

The hot tub felt pretty cold one night and there was only one towel at the time we ventured down (they were replenished at some point).
