The rooms were very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was fabulous! A full hot breakfast with so many options. Every employee we encountered was so friendly and helpful.

We have zero complaints. It was such a positive and enjoyable experience!

Staff was great! I made a mistake when booking and only booked one-bed room and they switched me to a 2-bed room with no issues or extra cost.

Ice machine on our floor was down, one of the elevators was down on the day we left

Room 1st night not handicapped Room 2nd night was handicapped and was better.

The beds were comfortable, AC was very loud, no housekeeping service one day for 2 of the rooms in our party, one elevator not working during a 4 day stay, wifi was good, breakfast was adequate, location was good and easy to find from the airport, parking was good. I did not like pets in the elevator and specifically a pit bull coming out of the elevator as we were entering and the owner allowed the dog to sniff us. I’ve stayed in many hotels that allow pets and this was the most pets I’ve seen and the largest dogs.
