The location was good

It was very tired and rundown. The valet parking was very expensive

The location was amazing. It has a cute lobby that smelled so good. Beds were comfortable and furnishings were well situated. There was a mini fridge and a coffee maker in the room. Different activities were planned during the week and list was posted in the elevator (we didn't partake).

The bathroom didn't have a lock, not a big deal but would have preferred a lock. Our shades were torn at the edges and which was a bit detracting from the vibe of the room.

Nice area, everything is in walking distance. Santiago was great help with service while I was there. The guess service was the best in Miami from past experiences. Thank you.

This hotel is in a superb location and has a lovely pool area. Unfortunately whilst there my husband was very ill. Carlos on reception could not have been more kind, helpful and understanding and Bop who works alongside him made me feel as if I was amongst friends - it’s quite scary being alone in a foreign country when someone you love is so unwell, but they both could not have done more from calling 911 to organising a taxi to the clinic. We will definitely be back and hope for a happier visit next time. Thank you and your team.

So great even for a night! Views in just a standard room were amazing! Check in was easy and the pool was fabulous! Loads of complimentary activities and south beach is so close! Would totally recommend

Front desk a little under staffed and took a while to get things resolved

The location was good, the room was clean and for a last min booking the price-quality was good.

Our room was in the lobby, with the balcony facing the pool meaning there was no way to open the window due to noises from early morning, not even the curtains or people will easily see through. I checked on booking and there was 5 rooms available within the same type but the manager said there was no availability unless she DOWNGRADES me. That's a first honestly. Plus she told me my request was late and the cleaner can't clean the room in the lobby if another person books it. It was made at 11.30 am. The lack if hospitality in such a business is alarming.

Great location. But no family style restaurants in the area. The restaurant attached to the hotel was staffed by individual who didn’t speak English and didn’t know how to cook, was out of items on the menu.

Room was old, small and looked like it was from the 70’s.

Food options at pool area are limited, drinks a bit overprized even for Miami Beach

Check-in was smooth, the front desk accommodated an early arrival without issue, and the room was neat upon entry. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. The AC never worked properly, holding at 73°F throughout the night with no ability to lower it, uncomfortably hot and humid. Heavy rain that evening caused significant water to leak into the room, soaking the first four feet of carpet near the window. A few folded clothing items and a pair of leather shoes left on the floor were completely ruined. When we brought this to the front desk, they sent maintenance up but it was clear they were already aware of the problem. We overheard another guest reporting the exact same issue, and staff acted as though it was news to them. It wasn’t. We genuinely wanted to love this place. The location, check-in experience, and overall vibe had us excited. But between a broken AC, a flooded room, and a front desk that seemed more interested in managing the situation than actually resolving it, the stay was a disappointment. I wouldn’t recommend booking here until these maintenance issues are addressed. At a minimum, guests should be warned not to leave belongings on the floor, something as simple as a notice in the room would have saved us real loss.
