Ningun servicio de secador, lavadora, entre otras estuvo disponible aun cuando lo ofrecen en booking, además aunque el alojamiento se pagaba al llegar, 5 dias antes se comunicaron conmigo para cobrarme el 50% del costo por WhatsApp lo cual no vi bien.

The room has 2 beds , working table. It is spacious too. It's affordable

The internet is not stable

Good kitchen, great wifi. The room was not big but had a window with a view on green trees, a ventilator, a wardrobe and a table for work! The area is very green and pleasant. The stay felt nice because of a little amount of guests, it was almost empty.

The smell! I guess because of a garage on the ground floor the living room and the kitchen stinks like a petrol or smth of the sort extremelly! For me it was hard to stay there because I am very sensitive to this kind of smell. Luckily the room was on the other side of the building so it was alright inside.

The room is spacious, the hotel is clean and cozy. The hotel is affordable too. It's worth the price. The staff is nice and they are responsive.

The room and shared bathroom were very clean. The area around is very safe and extremely quite, plus it is close to the subway stop. The terrace is also a nice-to-have. Kitchen is well equipped.

The room was a little small for two people, but ok for what we paid.

Calm accommodation. Full kitchen. Clean bathrooms with great hot water pressure. Everything we needed! We extended because the value for money was great.

Not a lot of vibe with other guests. Was with my sister so we were happy to do our own thing but I probably wouldn't stay there as a solo, unless I already had friends in town.

Carlos is very nice, the house is organised, and the location is great (nice neighborhood and close to metro station).
