Hotel Eastlund, BW Premier Collection

It’s was alright. Just clean enough. 20$ for a simple lime margarita full of ice and 29$ for eating a chips and chocolate from the mini bar. You’ll hear the light rail every 15 minutes 24/7

Front desk was especially accommodating with my needs to print several iterations of documents. I had to make several attempts at getting the documents correct, and they were patient with the process.

The staff were really nice and helpful right from the beginning with discounted valet. The concierge were informational and the room was wonderful. Very luxurious considering the low price. Also checked out the rooftop bar which has amazing pizza!

A good place to stay for events at the Convention Center or Moda. Neighborhood is a little grungy.

Honestly surprised by the level of friendliness and professionalism along with a genuine feeling that the staff actually wishes to answer and assist with any questions or problems we had. When there they were having some issues with their room cards but they quickly and easily resolved any issues that arose with an attitude that gave me peace of mind without worry. It being right next to the convention center was extra handy as we booked the rooms exclusively for comic con and the ability to come and go without any hassle was another bonus. Lastly the valet parking was a wonderful additional bonus the valets were willing to go get stuff we forgot in the car without any complaint or rudeness. For sure coming back!

Awesome staff super helpful. The room was comfortable. But room could be bigger for having a pull-out couch bed. But if you just want acouch in your room it fine. Love view on roof top restaurant. Super close to the convention center. Cafe in the lobby has good lattes.

This is a nice hotel with good rooms and quiet air conditioning. The restaurant is very nice -- try the pizza. It has a nice coffee shop and breakfast diner attached. Super convenient for the convention center. The only complaint is that they charge fees for early check in. $50 if before 2pm. $20 after 2pm but before 4pm. I have travelled the world and stayed in hundreds of hotels and I have never been charged a fee for early check in.
