Odayı temizleme mooduna getirmek için oda kartı odada kalmalıymış ama bize bir oda kartı verilmişdi dışarı çıkarken almışdık 3 gece 4 gün boyunca odayı temizlenmeden kullandık

SAAEDuring my short layover, I had pre-booked an overnight stay at the North Star Hotel, drawn by its ideal location—just minutes from the airport and within walking distance of nearby markets. It seemed the perfect choice. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the exceptional service I received. Due to an unexpected emergency, I needed to cancel my stay at the last minute. Although my reservation was under non-refundable terms, Mr. Mohammed, the hotel manager, and his outstanding team went above and beyond by processing a full refund within a day and offering kind well-wishes. Their compassion and professionalism far exceeded my expectations. I am sincerely grateful and highly recommend the North Star Hotel to any traveler seeking convenience, comfort, and genuinely caring service.
