Clean, tidy and cool

Noisy location. Trams going all night.

Bedsheets were clean

Staff was really misbehaving. AC was there and ON and working but it was so hot in Room. As we mentioned that , staff insistited that it is 18 Degreen and is not adjustable. When i disagree that He said to pack the bag and go. Later i install room temperation sensor app and show his it is 26 Degree. He keeps on insisting it is 18 Degree and he is the Hotel owner. He also discuss with us about not working TV . He was really trying to fool us saying that we do not know how to press button and use TV.

The cots provided were very good. The room and bathroom were clean.

The AC was not functioning and made sleeping impossible. I was not able to sleep the entire night.

Air conditioning was broken in advance of us booking room. Staff didn’t tell us. Arrived at 23.30pm they suggested we could book somewhere else if we wanted but they couldn’t change the room because they were the night staff. They said they had two fans but wouldn’t let us have them for the night. For context it was the day/ night of the heatwave. They changed us the next morning, at the same time as admitting they had spare rooms.
