"Disappointing stay"

The only positive aspect was the very helpful and polite staff. Unfortunately, despite their efforts, the overall standard of the place was well below expectations. I do not recommend this accommodation.

Unfortunately, the stay was very disappointing. I found a cockroach in the room, which by itself completely ruined the comfort of the stay. In addition, there was an issue with hot water – it worked only partially, which was very inconvenient. The cleanliness was also far from satisfactory, and the furnishings were worn out.
