La atención muy buena instalaciones un poco viejas el agua caliente nunca salió el internet súper malo y la piscina es un estado de suciedad terrible

El lugar es simplemente maravilloso y Carmen la dueña del lugar es un amor de persona, sin duda regresaré

Service was exceptional and couldn't be better. They did everything to make us feel at home and meet our needs. Rooms are very beautiful and spacious and with nice views.

Location in a bad neighborhood of the town. Fortunately we stayed during the week so it wasn't too noisy, just dogs and roosters waking you up but this might be different at the weekend if you have a room close to the road like we did. Access and parking are difficult. We had an uncomfortable mattress with badly fitting sheets. The facilities are in need of maintenance like the stairs to our room. Bathrooms are basic and sometimes we had to have a cold shower. Swimming pool is not heated.

Charming welcome, friendly place with outstanding views of Paipa and lake. Room was very clean with comfortable king bed, breakfast table and chimeny. Breakfast served daily at the room, includes abundant fresh fruit, natural juices, eggs, bread, coffee Any extra requirement was answered in prompt manner by Carmen , I highly recommend this spot.
