"Perfect location, iconic building, great food and drink"

Great location and view. Room clean tidy and spacious. Food choices and quality excellent.

Scaffolding still up, this is our 3rd visit and noone has mentioned the scaffold at the time of booking. Window in room was broken and taped up.

"An okay stay, but won’t be returning"

Touch points of the room clean. Comfy bed and pillows. Shower nice and warm.

Due to the shape and angle of roof, wind noise very loud. Big draft even through closed windows. Food options for dinner, very limited and expensive. Shower, drops in pressure and does affect temperature.

booked last minute due to ferry cancellation, we booked this hotel after remembering great reviews from friends and FB comments We were not disapointed, excellent location, immaculate inside and out in all areas, and great quality food We will return if in Poole again
