"Filthy floors nasty rude manager"

Absolutely the filthiest hotel I've been in for years. Floor was dirty when we arrived spilled some water on floor and when we wiped it up towel was filthy. Went to front desk next morning insisted they mop floor and clean room. Came back after room serviced and tested floor was still filthy see photo. Manager was Absolutely the nastiest rudest hotel manager I've ever encountered. Im marriott Bonvoy lifetime titanium elite so I've stayed a lot of hotel nights. She is nasty, entitled and rude. Keep your shoes on if you stay here

pool and hot tub were great. staff mostly friendly. However I made a reservation for 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa. They gave me a 1 king size bed and a sofa. Said it was because I booked through a 3rd party. Was a bit dissappointed considering it was my daughters bday outing weekend.
