SEFriendly staff -except their chef. The pool.
The rooms were not ready on arrival late in the afternoon. We waited more than four hours for the room. The management recommended us to the villas own private chef who was arrogant, non service minded and eventually left with our privately bought items without asking us . The management witnessed it all and did nothing about it. We ended up not getting value for our money.
