The property is beautifully located and offers a stunning sea view, which is undoubtedly its greatest asset. Unfortunately, this is where the positives largely end.

Upon arrival, the apartment was extremely cold, with a very low indoor temperature. The heating was turned on only after we arrived, which should have been done in advance so that guests could feel comfortable from the moment they enter. Even then, the radiators were only lukewarm and continuously made an annoying sound of running water. The apartment remained very cold, to the point where we were unable to sleep properly. In addition, the water in the shower was only lukewarm, which made the situation even more uncomfortable given the low temperature inside. The shower drain was clogged, causing water to accumulate in the shower tray. The shampoo bottles provided by the property were already opened and partially used by previous guests, which is unacceptable from a hygiene perspective. After submitting a complaint to the owner the next morning, the heating was repaired and the radiators became hot. However, the noise of running water inside them remained, which was irritating both during the day and at night. Breakfast is a separate issue. I understand that we stayed off-season and that the restaurant was closed, but the so-called “snacks” left in the kitchen cannot reasonably be described as breakfast (photos attached). They were supposedly meant to cover four breakfasts for two people, which is completely unrealistic. As a result, we had to buy our own food, despite breakfast being included in the booking. This was the most expensive accommodation we stayed in during our trip to Italy, and at the same time by far the worst. The standard offered is completely inadequate for the price, making this property poor value for money. Overall, it feels as though the property relies almost entirely on its spectacular view, while the apartment itself is in need of serious renovation and better maintenance. Unfortunately, we also had the impression that the owner is more focused on profit than on genuinely hosting guests and ensuring their comfort.

The owner and staff were very sweet and super accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. The location is far removed from the busy bigger towns which we loved. The views from our room and the dinning terrace out of this world and the food was superb! We loved our stay at Tenuta La Picola!

The shower in our room could be improved a little but it was not bad.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean with sensational views in a quiet peaceful area. We had the luxury of private parking and enjoyed a lovely breakfast. There are a handful of beautiful restaurants surrounding the restaurant that are all locally and family owned. Sensational stay and highly recommend.

Can’t fault this accomodation so no recommendations to think of.

Vue à 180° sur la mer absolument magnifique, c’est le vrai point fort du lieu ! La chambre est agréable avec cette vue incroyable, même si elle mériterait un petit rafraîchissement. Le restaurant est excellent, une vraie bonne surprise qu’il faudrait plus mettre en avant. Un endroit calme, charmant, parfait pour se détendre
