Awasome service!!! The valet staff was extremely friendly, professional, and very attentive from the moment we arrived. They handled our vehicle quickly and safely, and every interaction was courteous and welcoming.

Our New Year's Eve and New Year's Day package at this luxury hotel included a memorable dinner in the grand ballroom, where Marriott's high standards were consistently met, including two complimentary drinks at their bars. Nonetheless, we experienced a delay in accessing our room, waiting for 1.5 hours due to the hotel's thorough cleaning process. The manager offered a sincere apology and a late checkout until 2 pm as a gesture of goodwill. Although the room was luxurious, the sofa's awkward placement hindered our ability to enjoy the waterfront view. We managed to rearrange the furniture to appreciate the view in the mornings while enjoying our coffee and tea, despite the furniture being quite heavy. The hotel offers a convenient water station with various options, though the hot water was lukewarm. The property boasts a large, well-maintained pool with a temperature of 80 degrees, a good spa and sauna, and various daily exercise classes. We appreciated the hotel's downtown location, which provided easy access to local museums and restaurants. Booking a waterfront room allowed us to enjoy the nighttime view of the bay and the midnight fireworks.

Lovely hotel and great service. Location was excellent right off the harbor area with boats coming in and out and great dining options nearby.

Loved hotel. Very disappointed that the main restaurant wasn’t open to celebrate my moms 91st birthday and no other bars to sit and have drinks and appies. Did sit at bar on Veranda but outside and too hot. But room was fantastic and ordered room service for dinner.

If you’re looking for the best place to stay in St.Pete look no further. I’ve stayed here many times & consistently have been impressed with the whole experience. The location is excellent & walking distance to everything. The food is great wherever you eat from breakfast at Paul’s Landing to Elliott Astor for dinner. The service is excellent all around from check in to waitstaff & bartenders. rooms are always clean & the bedding is excellent & so comfortable. The overall look of the hotel is historical & beautiful. Zero complaints & definitely recommend staying here!!
