We were there for one night. Jerry at the front desk was extremely rude and condescending. Our room was clean but very loud. The service at the bar (Jose?) was excellent.

The hotel was in a great location: close to the beach, shopping and food. The free happy hour was ok.. only a specific drink of the night and you had to order one drink at a time, but I can’t complain much about free! The room was small but clean. The humidity was out of control as there are no fans in the bathroom; the whole room always felt damp.

Right off the beach, secluded outdoor pool, pleasant outdoor garden & cafe. Kitchen unable to accommodate any special requests, & front desk not very helpful. We have many dietary special needs, so the bedroom suite with a kitchenette was super convenient. Overall, a nice, quiet, simple hotel.
