GBThe apartment is well laid out, clean. Bed lining was superb with a pillow menu. Comfortable sofas and dining furniture. The kitchen was mostly very well laid out with all appliances and equipment available. However a little lacking in worktop space.
We booked this apartment mainly for the swimming pool facilities and the kitchen. The kitchen was sufficient, modern and equipped well. The worktop space was a little lacking due to the microwave positioning. It was lovely to be able to cook for ourselves. The main issue was the swimming pool. We made enquiries before booking and after booking to ensure there were sperate timings for Ladies Only Swim times. These were 7am - 12pm daily. We did raise the concern that there should also be some timings avaliable in the evenings too. Howvere although reception did indicate they would sort something out it had never been delivered. When we did use it or tried to the water was very cold. Is set at a temperature that makes it almost impossible for guests to use. We tried to use it however it was not even possible to enter. We run a swimming pool club in the Uk and are quite familiar with pool regulations and what is the minimum required for users to be using a pool safely. We found out on our last day that the pool temperature is of two levels. It's deliberately set on low UNLESS requested by guests to have it at a reasonable temperature. Basically guests have to request to have it increased. This is totally unacceptable. We had raised the concern of the pool temperature being so low to main reception and wished to lodge a formal complaint. The process to do this was also not delivered. The pool temperature remained very low for the duration of our 7 day booking until the day before we left when the maintenance manager had increased it after a lengthy conversation.. We shouldn't have to be speaking to maintenance directly to resolve these issues which should be a minimum level of service. This booking was made on the basis that we would have a swimming pool which is in a fit for purpose state. It is extremely disappointing that Marriot have failed on this occasion. We would have otherwise highly recommended the apartments.

NLTerrible Hot water not working good Chief of breakfast yelling at us Room cards not working every two days House keeping to slow. Washing machine not good enough. Only the reception was nice. I came for working and let my family relax but nothing of that worked.
