The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property may host on-site functions and some rooms may be affected by noise. As per Colombia's tax laws Foreign visitors and Colombian citizens currently living outside Colombia are tax-exempt (19% VAT) when receive a PIP3, PIP5, PIP6, PIP10, TP7, TP11 stamp or TP12 visa upon entry to the country. Exemption only applies to room package rates (accommodation plus service). Permit must be shown upon arrival. The hotel will offer the traditional San Silvestre festival on the night of December 31, 2024 (for peolple staying that night is required to purchase a ticket). Includes live musical entertainment with the Limite caribe group, dinner, desserts table, midnight protocol, champagne toast, backing for photos.
