Pension-Ristorante Ventura ehemals Reinhards Pension

Great location in the heart of the town. The old traditional building had a steep staircase. The room was a good size and the shower was modern. We paid for the breakfast which was enjoyable. The host was helpful and we could store our bicycles safely. The restaurant was closed but there was a bar nearby for refreshments.

A kettle in the room would have been useful.

An extremely pleasant hotel in the old city center. The service was superb; the restaurant downstairs was extraordinary.

This pension is located in a charming small village with the most welcoming vibes. Incredible value for money, and the village has great restaurant options... although the pension will also be opening a restaurant soon which I am keen to try out. Looking forward to my next stay here.

The only mild setback with the location was the parking situation, because it is in a small village I did not always get parking right next to the pension. Free street parking is available, as long as you do not mind a short walk on cobblestones.

We loved the character of this Pension, staying in a place several hundred years old was amazing! The stairs certianly add character! It was very clean, very warm and we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts - fresh bread rolls from the local bakery! For us the location was perfect, getting to Schladen to see the Snake Farm was a priority and easy to do. We will definitely be returning.
