Wonderful hotel. We stay here every time we go to the Mountain Winery.

Wonderful room and location: on a creek surrounded by gorgeous trees. Restaurant patio is delightful. Only complaint: my coffee maker didn’t work. A staff member quickly helped!

Avoid the hotel if you plan on checking in at the “guaranteed” check-in time of 3pm due to events or other reservations you might have. The check-in at this property is not guaranteed and plan accordingly or avoid the property if you have commitments in the afternoon otherwise. It’s understandable things happen and sometimes run behind. Almost 2 hours after the guaranteed check-in time the room was still not ready though. Avoid booking a room with a balcony, you most likely won’t be able to enjoy it, unless you’re fortunate enough to get to your room to make use of it. We waited for over an hour and a half in the lobby and room was still not ready, around 4:50pm we decided to change in the public bathroom of the hotel so we can attend an event at 5:30pm. We were not able to shower and freshen up. There was no need to pay $300 for a room and amenities that we were not able to use. We returned back around 11pm, and retrieved our luggage at the reception desk, as unfortunately expected it was not delivered to the room. The room booked with the balcony was useless at that point and a selling point when booking the room. There was no need to pay $300 for a room and amenities that we were not able to use. Besides receiving an “I’m sorry, but the room is not yet available” no attempt was made in guest recovery. A bar was next to the reception desk, a rate reduction could have been offered to a Hilton Honors Member, other rooms could have been offered, but unfortunately the ball was dropped on all fronts. A disappointing first and last impression of a Tapestry Collection hotel. We will look for alternatives that match price and service next time we’re in Saratoga. For the service an amenities received, a Comfort Suites would had been sufficient.

AMAZING! So many reasons to stay at the Inn. People, location, quiet and restful. We stayed 7 days, every day staff was helpful and nice. Smaller hotel w cafe/bar, light gym, just right for those seeking relaxation and hospitality. The weekend had a full house w/wedding guests - room was just as quiet as the week. Pleasant stream and view from deck. Just steps from the local main street with cafes, fine dining and great local wine shop. Easy access to west hiking and commute to San Jose under 30 minutes. Already planning next stay.
