"Exceptional"

Very clean and spacious rooms. Staff were good and helpful. Appetite restaurant served good food.

The entrance was inaccessible due to water pool slushy. Unloading of luggage was cumbersome. Needs attention.

Location was very near to airport and lot of good hotels nearby. Facilities inside the room were good enough. Size of the room could have been little bigger

Room size was quite small for a family of 4 with 2 kids. Booking.com could have suggested a better room for this

"Good location, not so great staff."

Clean rooms and good location.

Be careful of your valuables, the staff enters your room without any prior notice, regardless if u are in the room or not, even after telling higher staff, there was neither an apology nor does anyone take responsibility, even after complaining multiple times. Be careful of your belongings.
