Great location, excellent communication. Very modern and clean. We had a great stay as a family of four

The only thing I can confirm is that the location is perfect for visiting Thessaloniki. The attitude of the person in charge of communication is excellent.

The apartment is located on the third floor, there is an elevator, but it is small and narrow and risky for tall people because you have to bend down every time you enter or exit so as not to hit your head. The apartment was renovated a few years ago and I assume that at that time it was identical to the pictures, but in reality (today) you can see significant depreciation. The overall lighting in the apartment is poor, especially since almost the entire terrace is closed with a sunshade. In short, it needs renovation of depreciated items and upgrade in lighting to be able to give better customer experience. The most negative thing is that on the day of moving out at 10 before 11 am, the woman in charge of cleaning was standing at the door and made it necessary to immediately leave the apartment, which is contrary to what was agreed to leave, send a message and then take action to clean it up. and etc. Also, for those who come by private vehicle, they should keep in mind that this is a part of Thessaloniki with the highest traffic intensity and the street is one-way without the option to stop... leaving the suitcases is too big a challenge. (The owners should assist in this part, according to the price charged for this apartment).

I’ve been to the city many times and this was the most convenient stay regarding its location and facilities. Well renovated and fully equiped for 4 people. There is also a multi-storey car park called Plateia where you can park your own car safely. Our host Alexandra was also very nice and communicative.

Airy, bright, spacious with two similar-sized bedrooms and two WCs (one shower room). Well-equipped. Best of all is the balcony from where you can watch people on the street and Aristotelous Square. Location is unbeatable for accessing city with waterfront, bars and restaurants on your doorstep. (Try Malt & Jazz around the corner for cocktails and Last Slice pizza is amazing quality and value.) The team looking after the apartment couldn’t be more helpful, pleasant and quick to respond to any questions. Excellent communication.

If being very picky!, the lighting in the bathroom could be better and shower head needs descaling. But those were very minor details in the overall experience.
