Nothing, absolutely horrible

The front desk clerk was rude and dismissive and the manager is a cheat and a liar.

Nothing.

The room was not worth the money. It was very outdated, and the refrigerator was not clean. The curtains were old and had holes in them. The first room smelled strongly of smoke, which caused my asthma to flare up. The carpet was also very dirty had to wear slippers the entire time.

Arrived in the evening the plan was to stay just 1 night and with the price being so cheap for the location it seemed ok. However it was the worst experiences we have had. Parking was a nightmare it is very small. Check in took forever even though we reserved on their main website and put all our card info etc. The atmosphere was run down and old. Our room key didn't work and they just kept on giving directions on how to use it. They ended up reprogramming it after multiple walks up and down, turns out the room was double booked and we had been bothering those guest the entire time! Even the front desk didn't know but we knew cause guest started yelling at us from inside the room. As far as the other noise level it was very loud, we could hear people snore and other "activities" as we are trying to get in the room. I feel bad for the people actually trying to sleep, wonder how often LEO comes over. Turns out we were double booked and it was so late the wife ended up just finding another place for us since this place was no help and there were too many red flags. At least I lost only 100 bucks or so.

Nothing special about it.

The place is miss managed, and unsafe. My son was the guest there and the whole time the fire alarm wasn't working. We asked the front desk to fix it and left for the day. After returning that evening it was still chirping. When confronting the front desk again. The worker looked at it and wasn't able to fix it. The place was a fire hazard already so my son was instructed to just unplug so he could get some sleep. It's another low budget place macerating as a quality inn.

Days Inn Fremont CA . If you want the best customer service go before 7 pm . Mr Bill the GM will take care of you. That man is brilliant at what he does. He will accommodate you , and the service of the cleaners . Are the best ! The rooms smell fresh the sheets are fresh. I have no complaints about them and I been going for five years now every week. Thank you Mr Bill.
