Cleanliness, location, on-site breakfast

TV is small, not many channels for movies, pillows are horrible, bed not comfortable, no swimming pool or hot tub, made a waffle since it stated blueberry batter BUT it wasn't blueberry by any means even after talking with the kitchen attendant about it beforehand....
