Hampton Inn Eau Claire

Good location for my needs.

When I booked through Booking.com, I selected pet friendly location. I was surprised upon arrival that there was an additional $75 fee for our dogs that was Not disclosed when I booked. Hotel staff was polite, but said this is a common problem with Booking.com and Expedia. I would have booked another location had the dog fee been clearly disclosed when I was searching.

The beds and pillows were comfy

The floors were dirty, plugs in our room didnt work, bathtub felt like you would fall to next floor and the breakfast area was not stocked at 830 when we came for breakfast. Not up to my usual Hampton Inn experience.

Manager was rude when I called asked about extra security deposit. She said does not rent to locals. She complained about my medically necessary body powder. She told don't stay at any Hilton hotel. Bed worn out too concave high a UT foot but low on head of bed. Was not 2 queen bed but 1 California King bed. Windows dirty room smelled nasty like no fresh air for long time. SHOWER HEAD HAD GREASY SUBSTANCE ON IT. YUK I WANT REFUND. SPOKE YO LISA MANAGER ON PHONE SO RUDE TO ME. SO CALLED CORPORATE CISTOMER SERVICE YHE AGREED WITH ME AND SAID CALL BOOKING .COM FOR REFUND.

Refund my fee for how I was treated by hotel manager.

Clean and comfortable.

Ran out of coffee before breakfast was over.
