The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the location was great

We stayed for my birthday, and were looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub, and pool. We were not able to do that. The hot tub was closed with caution tape around it, and the pool was kinda gross. It looked sort of green, and there were dead flies floating all over in it.

"Comfortable enough stay, but room shower/bathroom needs redesign or updates."

Clean pool, good concierge service, the room was clean and set at a comfortable temperature, good location.

The breakfast was so-so; stale biscuits, cold gravy, watery eggs. Hot tub was out of order. Some of the decor and furniture looked outdated and worn. The biggest issue was roll-in shower in our room. This was POORLY designed and led to flooding on the bathroom floor that leaked into the foyer of the room when we showered. We needed about a dozen extra towels to soak up the mess. Showers like that should either have a bigger drain installed or there should be a drain in the bathroom floor to prevent flooding.

The beds on room 137 were so uncomfortable I had a backache everyday.

"terrible if i could have got my money back i would have drove back home"

breakfast was one of the poorer ones that i have had in hotels hot tub was out of order person should get a discount or call on the same day of stay and get the right to cancell if all the amennities are not in full working order very dissapointed hot tub would have been nice after shopping all day no more hampton inns for me

the whole facility the ratings on this place are really good and thats not what i got next time i go to eau claire i will research a little better or go through a differant booking agency
