Bed was comfortable but needed to be turned. the bathroom was okay

The headboard, dresser and nightstands had fingerprints on them. The hallway floor had coffee or soda drips everywhere and the elevator was filthy with sticky floors and you dont get continental breakfast like best Western

Convenient location right off the highway with many amenities really close by.

Bed was not the most comfortable and the blinds to the window in our room were only the see through thin blinds which was not good when wife had to change and the parking lot is right there also a pain in the morning because so much light comes in super early so forget sleeping in.

Location was great to get to where I needed to be for dinner and for a scenic run the next morning before going to work.

Room was sticky. There was what looked like barbecue sauce that had hardened on the nightstand. I had to scrub it when I got in before putting anything on there. There were oily handprints on the headboard above the bed. A surface wipe down after the full turndown would have made it less icky feeling. Didn't sleep very well.

Rooms clean and comfortable.

Staff was unhelpful and argumentative. The front desk clerk upon check-in was rude and did nothing to fix the issue he stated would be fixed. Everything else was great. But that one staff member has made it to where I will never send my technicians to this hotel again. Which sucks, because we do ALOT of work down there. And we usually get 3-5 rooms for a week at a time. Could've gotten some good money from us.

Ковер в коридоре действительно старенький, ну и немного с запахом.
