"Disappointed with our stay"

The location is great. Rooms are good size, clean and comfortable.

Was told the day before arrival in an email, when I booked, that the pool was available however it just was not heated due to the heater being broken. But said it was available. The only reason I booked was close to my husband's work and for the pool for the kids to be able to swim. Upon arrival and checking in, We still had not been told or made aware about the swimming pool being closed down due to maintenance. We got checked into our room. Kids in swimming suits and all the way back down to the pool and found a closed sign on the pool door. Needless to say the kids were very disappointed.

The desk staff was very courteous and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel was very quiet and offered a relaxing atmosphere.

Easy access from the interstate highway and the location offered a very nice view of the mall and surrounding area.

Didn't get the chance to get breakfast but from what my wife said it was fantastic

The pool heater was down when we stayed so that was a bummer but other than that everything was excellent.

I liked the room, the breakfast, location. I needed a smoke free environment. The exercise room was not smoke free, however. On line check in and put is very convenient.

The exercise room should be smoke free.
