Good location near oceanside attractions, and property was clean and quiet. A/C stopped working and staff handled it very quickly.

Couldn’t charge phone on any socket in room. Charged in the hallway on a lower floor

Location was quite good. Staff were quite friendly and helpful.

Sandakan is nobody's favourite city, but I can't blame the hotel for that. Dirty plastic curtains over a blocked-up gap in the wall instead of a window. Toilet didn't flush very well.

The location is perfect to explore the city. The beds and pillows are confortable. The man at reception is very nice and helpful. This hotel could be perfect if a little cleaner. The curtains were absolutely disgusting. That's too bad because there is a lot of positive things

I liked that it was a private room for a very cheap price. Very friendly and smiling staff

For a very cheap price, you can’t really complain. But when we first entered the room it was a strong smell of mold. It wasn’t clean at all, it was piles of dust against the walls. The pillows were really old and the cotton was all stuck together. Because of the smell and air we had to have the aircon on all night, and it sounded like a tractor. We woke up so many times, ones because I had ants crawling in my face, and twice because of the air and smell in the room.

Very clean good value hotel on the edge of downtown Sandakan. Augustine Mr Chung very friendly and helpful
