Ruido constante por obras durante mi estancia, empezando a las 7am. El hotel deberia haber avisado antes de la estancia. Una vez comentado con recepción, nos dicen que no pueden hacer nada. Bastantes hormigas en la habitación, que son molestas

The location is perfect and good breakfast.

There was a water outage in several areas of the city, and the hotel was without water for an entire day. We understand this was not the hotel’s fault, but they should have a plan in place for situations like this. They did not offer to move us to another hotel in the city that did have water, nor did they offer any form of compensation. It felt like the responsibility was placed on the tourists to figure out what to do. In addition, the AC did not cool the room properly, and temperatures reached 104°F during the day. After exploring the city in that heat, you expect to return to a cool room — but we had neither water nor functioning air conditioning. On a positive note, breakfast was amazing, and the room itself was generally well‑designed and comfortable.

El hotel está bien, la cama es cómoda y el baño reformado.

Personal poco preparado y mala atención tuvimos un problema toda la instancia sin agua por una avería y no nos ofrecieron ni agua hasta que no amenazamos con llamar a la policía , no fueron capaces de comprar garrafas de agua para las habitaciones 40 grados y sin ducha sin wc y sin ninguna solución 24 h
