Villa Genesis

Absolutely, loved our stay! The hotel is very luxurious and the stuff is so kind and helpful. We had breakfast at the hotel which was yummy. The pool area is beautiful so is the garden and the grounds. Really a 5 star hotel and service. Will be back for sure.

The room we got on arrival was not to my liking but I got a another room the next morning so all good. Otherwise hotel is very charming and well kept

Beautiful building and lovely courtyard garden/swimming pool. Rooms were spotless, with excellent bathroom finishers, and high quality linen and towels. A stones throw from the sea and a pleasant 15 minute walk to the centre of town.

amazing interiors. We specially loved the pool. large with loads of sun loungers. very well localted and close to pretty much everything we needed. Loved it and super recommend

Fantastisk litet hotell, finns ingenting att klaga på. Rent, tyst AC, sköna sängar. Fin liten frukost, det enda som inte var helt prisvärt men med bageri nästa kvarter var det inget bekymmer. Takeaway kaffe fritt i baren. Återvänder mer än gärna.

Definitely a lovely 4-star (with high quality bed linens, towels, robes, slippers, pristine throughout) and the pool is great - clean, calm and relaxing and thankfully no banging ‘pool’ music. Staff were very helpful and friendly during our 4 night stay and despite there being no kettle in the room were happy to provide tea & coffee free of charge. This hotel is definitely boutique, but doesn’t meet proper 5-star standards because there’s no room service & the bar isn’t actually open in the eves (asked for a G&T at 10.30pm - bar was in darkness, receptionist told me he didn’t do cocktails..!) However, its location right by the seafront and the privacy of the private gated entrance make it a very tranquil place. We slept really well. a/c needs attention- it works but is not reliably cool.

Superb

The rooms do not get cold. The first time I complained they said give it time. The second time they said there’s nothing they could do. The coldest the room got was 25 degrees Celsius/77 Fahrenheit. They tried to show us a different room at it was 27 degrees Celsius/ 80 degrees Fahrenheit. They said they fixed the ac issue but our room temperature never changed the whole week. I requested to cancel the remainder of our stay and the said we booked a non refundable stay. Which is complete trash because they advertised air conditioning so I did not receive what I reserved. They offered me a complimentary drink to compensate for sweating every night in my sleep. Unacceptable.

Excellent service and check-in. They really made us feel valued and welcome. The room was nice and any service issues were immediately addressed in an adequate manner. I would certainly stay here again. I wish they had a full-service restaurant and room service, that's the only drawback - they did offer breakfast in their restaurant and free coffee and tea, which was great. Lastly, they claimed the pool was heated several times, but it wasn't - it did not make a huge difference though - the pool was amazing and the cleanliness and constant upkeep was a huge plus.
