La habitación no era muy limpia cuando llegamos y no limpiaron ningún día durante nuestra estancia. Además olía bastante mal dentro El agua de la ducha se acumulaba y no bajaba en el desagüe Mucho ruido con las puertas de las habitaciones vecinas. Precio bastante elevado por lo que es

I booked twin beds, but at the arrival it was a double bedroom. I did not complain cause I was on holiday and I do not care to complain about a caveat, but I just think If I book something that it is even shown in the photos, I should then get it at the arrival. Also It was really a very crowded place 24/7. The kitchen is big and it has all the tools you could need, but it was very very crowded all the time along with the rest of the house and it was hard to have a relaxed time when we had dinner at night because of so many people were cooking at the same time for breakfast and dinners. I just expected a less busier accommodation considering the price . Also the pillows were very uncomfortable, I asked twice times if it was possible to have a better pillow, but they provided me with another very cheap uncomfortable pillow both of the times . Even the beds are comfortable but they are very short beds ( I mean I am on average guy 1.80 cm and my feet were out of the bed ,both of them). So in conclusion not the best bed where to sleep at night after a very long tiring day . Also I stayed it at the end of summer in September, so it was not extremely hot and it was still bearable even if I had some difficulties in sleeping still with the open window at night, cause it was still hot for me and I needed more ventilation, but I can just imagine in July and in August when the temperature rises up how much hot can be in the rooms without Air conditioner. Overall I think they are very friendly and welcoming staff, but sincerely I just expected a bit more from this accommodation considering the price . I think they should improve the services and low down a bit the price also considering how many people stay there and the kitchen was always packed all the time

Sitio tranquilo, disponer de una estupenda cocina donde poder desayunar o cenar. Y con un supermercado al lado.

Que no te limpien la habitación en toda la estancia, que fue de 7 días.

We hadden geen ontbijt, maar er is wel een prima keuken, waar je alles zelf kunt maken en opslaan. Het is een groot huis, waarin wij de ruime suite hadden geboekt Er is een groot zwembad, een grote tuin met zelfs een voetbalveld

Het ligt dicht bij de snelweg, maar gelukkig valt het verkeer mee

Una maravilla de casa para alojarte en tu estancia en azores,en cuánto a ubicación,estas cerca del centro de ponta delgada en unos 20 mins andando y del puerto marítimo 15,un barrio súper tranquilo, justo al lado tiene un macdonalds,burguer king y supermercado.La casa es muy bonita y acogedora con las zonas comunes super cuidadas,tiene una piscina increíble con una zona del jardín precioso,un alojamiento súper completo y los dueños de ella encantadores, súper atentos y agradables siempre, no dudaremos en venir otra vez!obrigada!!:)

We had a nice stay. The owners were very kind and friendly, which was very nice. We had a room, shared bathroom (that was shared by two rooms, so not too bad) and could use the kitchen and garden with the swimming pool. It kind of felt like staying at home. We definitely want to come back to Azores and we would choose this accomodation again :-)
