写真で見た想像よりも狭いです。 トイレとキッチン・ソファの置かれたリビング・洗面台とシャワーが区切られており、ロフトがベッドルームになっています。 リビング部分は6畳未満くらいでしょうか。 キッチン周りはIHコンロが3口に食洗器まで付いており、長期滞在にはかなり便利だと思います。 唯一誤算だったのは洗濯機の設置位置と使用時間制限です。 POP3部屋に対して共用の入り口があり、玄関に当たる共有部分に1台だけ置かれています。 騒音対策として朝9時から21時までという張り紙があり、他の宿泊客との兼ね合いでは思い通りの時間に回せないかもしれません。 管理事務所は隣の建物にありますが、常時開いているという訳ではなさそうです。 チェックイン時間を予め伝えておく手間がありますが、ワッツアップで連絡すれば対応して頂けました。 国際電車の多く出る西駅（Budapest Nyugati）まで徒歩5分ほどなので便利でした。 Nyugatiからは地下鉄や路面電車も出ており、ブダペスト市内の観光地へ行くのに不自由することはありません。

Nous avons eu l’appartement orange tres propre accueil tres sympatique cuisinette avec tout ce qu’il faut pour être confortable ca noys as permis de relaxer un soir avec du take out et ecouter Netflix!

Great location. Great communication. The apartment surpassed my expectations, it was in a peaceful side street which ensured a restful weeks stay. The property managers were more than helpful. This is a property which I will return to later in the year, and have no compunction about recommending to other travellers.

Arrived early and could leave luggage Central location, could walk to all the local attractions Quiet, comfortable, well equipped, clean room Coffee machine and wine a nice touch, and Netflix an additional bonus Liked the happy theme and free pinball machine too

A foldaway drying rack would be handy to finish drying clothes after washing - not a complaint, just a suggestion

The decoration & cleanliness of the room was top! The owner was very kind and the staff too. Smiley and helpful during our stay. I would definitely recommend it!

Le bruit dans la rue durant la nuit est le seul inconvénient. Mais il est bien situé, près de la gare et rue commerciale. Très propre. Les photos représente bien l’endroit

Awesome pinball machine from 1981; very friendly owner with lots of interesting stories to tell; clean; a few minutes walk from the train station (and almost everything else)

We had an excellent stay! Outstanding customer service provided by staff (David and his partners). Highly recommend Happy Homes, especially for those traveling on a budget or staying long term. Apartments are very clean and fully equipped ( including washer), staff is on call around the clock.
