There’s no elevator, but with the excellent quality and convenience offered at this price, it really isn’t an issue.

I stayed in a Budget Double Room with window to the hallway and a very comfortable bed. The room had all amenities needed and a hot shower. The location was great and the staff welcoming and helpful.

It was very loud until around midnight due to the beer bar on ground floor and the staff rushing up and down the stair. Furthermore, the Basic Double Room was quite small but still fine for a night or two.

The location is perfect and super close walk to lots of places to eat! Also a short drive to the imperial city etc The main standout was the staff they are super sweet and friendly and make an effort to interact with you so the stay feels very personable. They even helped me book a dentist appointment and gave me recommendations on where to go. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Nice room with balcony overlooking the street. Comfy bed, decent amount of space. Great location. A short walk to the main area with all the restaurants and bars, 15 minute walk to the river, 25 to the imperial city. So easy to get around on foot. Mary on reception was very nice and helpful. I arrived early, having had no sleep on the night train. She let me have a shower and even brought me all the toiletries I needed (after I'd left mine in the previous place...). Also has a really nice craft beer bar downstairs.

It was very loud but that's not the hotels fault. I think it was just bad timing as there was an event going on at the school next door and a building being knocked down over the road, whilst I was staying.
