"Bright apartment in a great area and a lovely host"

The location was fantastic, loads of restaurants and bars around, an easy walk to anywhere you wanted to go. The Market was fantastic. We loved having a balcony and a terrace, it was nice to sit on the terrace with a wine before dinner. The apartment was light and airy. Guiseppe was an excellent communicator, it was my favourite place to stay in all of Italy.

"Superb"

Great apartment (only needed a kettle & ironing board), had a washing machine, even essentials like tea bags, coffee, pasta, olive oil. When we reported about TV not working, manager delivered a new one very quickly. 2 negatives, 1 fixable the other not. Otherwise would have rated 10.

The floor was very dirty. Just walking from kitchen to bedroom feet were black. Need to be washed before new guest arrives. Internet connection was poor, only worked outside front door.

"Exceptional"

This beautiful little place, perfect for a couple, is located in a quiet street in the Siracusian centre on Isola d’Ortigia. All the sights are at walking distance. The Ortigia Holiday staff provides great service and have good English language skills.

"Exceptional"

Great apartment in the heart of Ortigia. Has everything you need, including a clothes washer YAY! Close walk to everything. Great communication with manager! He contacted us on WhatsApp days before our arrival, and maintained contact throughout. Would definitely stay here again when back in town.
