the spacious room located on the top floor in the ultra-central area with a large bathroom and terrace above the main street, with a Calabrian breakfast a few tens of meters away@B'art cafe, daily cleaning at 10 o'clock and the kindness of Luigi who, although he had guests when I checked out, accepted to move them to another room because I had asked him to stay 3 more hours because of the flight. I really appreciated it.

Luigi was an amazing host. He went out of his way to help me have the most enjoyable time. The room was very clean, the terrace was cosy and a great place to relax at the end of the day. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was very powerful, which is always a positive! The breakfast at B'arts cafe was a delicious, large croissant and a lovely Italian coffee. The property is right in the heart of Reggio Calabria and walking distance to everything you could want to see. It's also easy access from the airport. All in all, an idyllic stay in Italy

The room and bathroom are spacious and nicely decorated. The air conditioner is placed so that when it is on, it cools the room without disturbing your sleep. The room was tidied up daily unless the "do not disturb" sign was out. The host, Luigi, is friendly and responds quickly to requests. Breakfast consisted of coffee and croissant (or a biscuit of your choice) at the very nice cafe literally 2 minutes away. The terrace is nicely equipped and useful for chilling out after work or finishing computer work.

- there was some hair not cleaned well on the washbasin. we arrived very late so i had no time to complain and cleaned it myself. while cleaning, i noticed that some surfaces in the bathroom were dusty. - the closet is very old, and didn't seem sparkly clean. it is made of old wood, so it had a particular smell of old wood. - the elevator is extremely small (barely fits two people) and very slow (it moves only when constantly holding the button) - the access to the elevator is through two flights of stairs - the breakfast is in nearby bar Bart and comprises of only croissant and coffee (it gets quite boring to eat same thing after 2nd day)

The terrace is really cool, oriented East so you wake up with the sunshine. The bathroom is upon average. The contact with the owner was easy and gentle. The breakfast was served in a cafe next to the location in a typical local atmosphere.

The idea is not "didn't like" but in terms of furniture, the kit table-chair could be replaced by something more comfortable.

A bit of mess with initial arrival, but I got 1 hour earlier than expected, so it's not a problem
